1. Patient examination – Consultation

During the first visit at the private practice, a complete personal and family medical history is taken, a clinical examination is made and the “problem” of the patient is analyzed. The patient is informed about the kind of the therapy to be followed, the necessary pre-operational examination, the possible implications, the post-operational course and the expected results. Lastly, he is informed about the estimated cost.

2. Pre-operational check up

Private Practice The doctor and the patient discuss for the last time before the operation, the patient’s file is examined with all the pre-operational examinations and in the end a declaration of assent is signed by the patient to have the surgical operation (according the guidance of the Hellenic Company of Plastic Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery). The patient has the option to be examined by a Cardiologist (clinical check-up, cardiodiagram, triplex, fatigue test, Holter of pressure and rythm), a Pathologist, Surgeon, Endocrinologist, Rheumatologist, Neurologist and Orthopedic (associated doctors with private practices in the same building) in the private practice. Moreover, there is in the same building a Diagnostic Center which provides a full x-ray lab (x-rays, panoramic radiography, mastography, ultrasounds, triplex, computer tomographics) and bio-pathological check-up (microbiological, blood, biochemical, immunizing, hormonal, cancer indicators, medicine levels, molecure biology).

3. Post-operational check up – follow-up

At the first days after the patient returns home, the immediate post-operational check-up is made (change of trauma, stitches removal etc). A scheduled periodic check follows for at least a year after the operation. All visits for the post-operational check have no cost.

4. Injectible implants
